Bill Sarto

William R. Bill Sarto was the village president of Carpentersville, Illinois until May 5, 2009. Elected on April 5, 2005, his public position is nonpartisan. Sarto defeated trustee Paul Humpfer in the 2005 consolidated election. This was Sartos first public position in the Village of Carpentersville. Sarto filed as a candidate for reelection in the April 7, 2009, consolidated election. He was defeated in the election and completed his term on May 5, 2009.
